• For regular stock network cables, MOQ is one box = 305 m/box.
• For regular stock electrical cables, MOQ is one roll = 200 m/roll.
• For special specifications or OEM customized products, MOQ is 10,000 meters per item.
• For customized patch cords, MOQ is 100 pieces per specification.
• For fiber optic patch cords, MOQ is 50 pieces per specification.

Stock products are usually shipped within 3–5 business days.

Customized products (printing, special packaging, colors) require 15–35 business days, depending on order volume and complexity.

Rush orders can be expedited for an additional fee, with the fastest delivery in 7–10 business days.

We can provide samples of up to 100 meters, but the customer is responsible for the shipping cost.

The sample fee can be deducted from a subsequent bulk order (please discuss in advance).

We mainly accept:
• T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) — available for all orders
• L/C (Letter of Credit) — only for orders ≥ USD 50,000

For new customers, our standard terms are 50% deposit and 50% paid before shipment.

Orders exceeding USD 100,000 are eligible for volume-based tiered discounts; please contact our sales team for details.

Annual contract customers may negotiate separately.

• Cat5e: 100MHz, 1000Mbps (Gigabit)

• Cat6A: 500MHz, 10Gbps over the full distance (100 meters)
• Cat7 / Cat8: 600–2000MHz, 25G/40G data center backbone

Standard products are CM rated (commercial, UL 1581).

We can provide upon request:
• CMR (riser) — for vertical runs between floors
• CMP (plenum) — for air-handling spaces (may increase cost)

Please specify the required flame-retardant rating when placing an order.

Yes, we support both:

Single-mode (OS2):
• Used for long-distance transmission (>500m)
• Laser light source
• Smaller core (9μm)

Multi-mode (OM3/OM4):
• Used for short-distance high-speed transmission in data centers (≤550m)
• LED or VCSEL light source
• Larger core (50μm)

• CE — most products are CE certified ✓
• RoHS — all products comply with RoHS ✓
• UL — not yet UL certified (in progress)

Standard products use a PVC jacket, which is not LSZH.

We can provide a Low Smoke Zero Halogen (LSZH) version upon request; please specify and request customization.
MOQ for LSZH: 1,000 meters per specification.
Must be noted when placing the order.

Network patch cords: RJ45 to RJ45, crossover cables can be customized.

Fiber patch cords:
• Connector types: LC, SC, ST, FC
• Structure: simplex or duplex
• Polishing: PC / UPC / APC

The meter marking indicates the length at each meter, making it easy to measure and cut during installation.

Standard products are printed with length numbers every meter.
Custom option: the marking content can be customized to your requirements (e.g., brand name + length) via our OEM printing service.

• Network & electrical cables: export-standard cartons with an inner moisture-proof plastic bag. 305 m or 500 m per box.
• Fiber optic cables: packed on wooden drums with outer protective boards.
• Patch cords & modules: individual plastic bags plus cartons.

Packaging can be customized to customer requirements (neutral packing, OEM packing).

• EXW (Ex Works) — pick up at factory
• FOB Shenzhen / Guangzhou — free on board
• CIF to major ports — cost, insurance and freight (destination port to be confirmed)

We can also arrange air freight and express delivery for you.

Once the customer selects the specific product, quantity, and destination, we will calculate and provide the shipping cost for you.

Standard products come with a 2-year warranty (for non-man-made damage).

Extended warranty can be negotiated for bulk orders; please contact our sales team for details.

Every cable undergoes 100% continuity testing before shipment.

For network cables we can provide a Fluke test report (our factory is equipped with Fluke testers). This is a paid service with a small fee charged per patch cord or per box.

Please note in your order if a test report is required.

Please take photos within 7 days of receipt and contact our sales team immediately.

We will arrange a replacement or compensation based on the actual situation.

Yes! Our OEM printing service can print your brand name, model, certification marks, etc. on the cable surface.

• First-time plate-making fee: $50 – $150 (depending on design complexity)
• No additional fee for subsequent orders
• MOQ: 500 meters per type

Yes, absolutely:
• Network patch cords: any length from 0.5 m to 50 m
• Fiber patch cords: any length from 1 m to 100 m

Please specify the connector types at both ends when ordering.

Yes. Cartons can be custom printed with your brand LOGO, product information, barcode, etc.

Minimum print quantity: 50 cartons per specification.
