Know Your Incoterms
The Incoterm on your PO defines who pays for freight and insurance, and where risk transfers:
- EXW — you handle everything from our dock
- FOB — we deliver to the ship; risk transfers at the rail
- CIF — we pay freight + insurance to your port
- DDP — we handle everything to your door (duties included)
Which to Choose
New importers often prefer CIF or DDP for simplicity; experienced buyers use FOB to control freight. We support all four.
